lyrics

My faith, is small as a mustard seed. If I lift these hands to You, will You lift this weight from me?

I am a wretch. I am a dirty man. I would lift my hands to You, but they're too busy trying to lift the weight of this world off of my shoulders.
God, why does this world hate me so much? God, why do I always end up the smallest? God, just let me die. Let me die. God, why do I always end up the smallest?

I am an ant to this world, but my faith is larger than all these mountains. I may be like a blade of grass to these giants, but my hands could behead them.

It's not about living my life by my terms. You wrote a book about living, and I have to die to live. Die to live.
God let me die, let me die.

My love for You could break mountains, but this mountain will not break Me. My love for you can break all of these mountains and I will not let this mountain break me. This mountain cannot break me. I will break this mountain.

(Patience is the giant in this, it looks at me like I'm the little bear. God just let me die. God, just let me die)

So I can live in You.

With every grain of sand falling through the cracks in my hands, I never saw how much they needed each other to build up from the water to create new land. This castle, so small, not good enough, water boarded walls. I'm afraid they'll come tumbling down and fall. But even when they do, the Creator's hands pull the pieces together, stronger walls, stronger hearts, larger moats to break the waves apart. Built by the Father, with craftsmanship so clever, every tiny grain pressed down and molded together, love became the glue that held us forever. No storm could overtake us, we stood boldly amidst the violent weather. You made me important, You formed me with greater worth, You knew me from the start, and You saw greatness before we saw birth.

My faith, as small as a mustard seed. If I lift these hands to You, would You lift this weight from me?
